LEXIA/CORE 5
1. To use on a computer, go to www.lexiacore5.com.
2. To use on an iPad or Android device, download the free Lexia/Core5
Reading app. (This program is already downloaded on your child’s device.)
3. To access through the Title Google Classroom, tap on the Lexia/Core 5 icon.
*Your child has been using this online reading program at school year. They should be independent at accessing and utilizing the program.
*Each student has a time goal that needs to be met each week. Students watch the circle in the middle of the opening screen to monitor their weekly time.
*Each student has a unit goal. This is the circle on the far right that shows how many units/lessons they need to complete each week.
*Goals start over each Monday.

Your child’s Lexia/Core 5 login information is
Username: first letter of first name and full last name
Example jsmith
Password: read
Your child has been logging in and using Lexia/Core 5 at school. They should be independent at accessing and navigating the site.

*It is important that your child works without any help while using Lexia/Core5. All of the work your child does at home is recorded and reported to school. This allows teachers to see when help is needed and provide additional support.
